or email from the date of purchase
of the product licence. Any Support Incident outstanding
from the initial 30 day free support period will continue
to be serviced by email only. Purchase of a Support Contract
provides continued technical support, by both phone and
email, after the expiry of the 30 day free support period.

This 2 day course is intended to provide system and network
administrators with the knowledge required to install configure
and administer the complete range of Altravision network
security products. Delegates should already be familiar
with the basics of IP networking and security, preferably
with previous experience of Altravision products.
